Johnson Elected to Women’s Business Board

Linda Johnson, a director at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton in Manchester, has been elected member-at-large by the board of the Southern New Hampshire Women’s Business Network. The organization provides women a network for the support and expansion of their businesses. She has been a NH Bar member since 1984. 

Nylund on Conservation Trust Board

        Jared J. Nylund was elected to serve a three-year term on the board of trustees of Five Rivers Conservation Trust, a non-profit regional land trust dedicated to preserving open space in Merrimack County. He is a member of the Concord law firm of Ransmeier & Spellman and has been a NH Bar member since 2001.

Tucker Appointed to Ethics Chair

        Teresa C. Tucker, of Grossman, Tucker, Perreault & Pfleger in Manchester, was appointed to the advisory board of the Christos and Mary Papoutsy Distinguished Chair of Business Ethics at Southern New Hampshire University. Tucker has been a NH Bar member since 1993.

        Kimon Zachos, a partner of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green in Manchester, has been named Outstanding Volunteer Leader in Philanthropy by the board of directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals-Northern New England. He has been a NH Bar member since 1955.

        Scott Rand, a senior patent attorney at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton in Manchester, was appointed to the advisory board of the Amoskeag Business Incubator.  The program provides affordable office space, technical assistance and support services to new and small businesses. He has been a NH Bar member since 2003.

Smith Elected to City Year Board

        City Year New Hampshire elected Donald Lee Smith to its board of directors. City Year brings young adults from diverse backgrounds together for a year of community service, leadership development and civic participation. He is an associate at Devine Millimet in Manchester and has been a NH Bar member since 2001.
