Ethics Code Hearing Set for Dec. 13

Rewriting the Rules


The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules is accepting comments and will hold a Dec. 13 public hearing on the comprehensive rewrite of the NH Rules of Professional Conduct.

 

Read comments from attorneys on issues such as: Fee-splitting (Rule 1.5 b); trial publicity (Rule 3.6); communicating with witnesses (Rule 4.2); limitations on lawyers as public officials (Rule 1.11a); disbursement of flat fees (Rule 1.15d).
