Daniel Webster Inn of Court Offers Attorney Education, Fraternity

The Daniel Webster Chapter of the American Inns of Court is beginning another year of educational programs and fellowship. The Daniel Webster Inn of Court is an organization that brings judges and lawyers of varying degrees of experience together in a social, yet educational, atmosphere.
The Daniel Webster Chapter was the first Inn of Court in New Hampshire. It was founded in 1993 by senior members of the trial bar and judges from the federal district court and NH Supreme, superior and district courts. It is a member of the National American Inns of Court, which began in 1977.
The goal of the American Inns of Court and the Daniel Webster Chapter is to provide an organization to help lawyers improve advocacy skills with an emphasis on professional integrity and ethics. There are more than 270 active American Inns across the country.
There are approximately 60 active members of the Daniel Webster Inn. The officers for the 2001-2002 Inn year include: Hon. Robert J. Lynn, president; Lisa Snow Wade, president-elect; John C. Kissinger, treasurer; and Scott H. Harris, secretary.
Meetings of the Daniel Webster Inn of Court are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Bedford Village Inn, Bedford. Anyone interested in attending the monthly meeting as a guest should contact Julie Introcaso, Lisa Snow Wade or any of the other chapter officers.
