ECF TIP:   Browsers Must Support 128 Bit Encrypton to
File Documents in CM CM/ECF as of December 1, 2006

Effective December 1, 2006, all CM/ECF filers must use a browser that supports 128 bit encryption.  Below is a list of supported versions of browsers with a link to download an acceptable browser.  Should you use an unsupported browser, you may receive the following message when trying to file a document using CM/ECF: “Page cannot be displayed.” 

Please share this information to the individual responsible for your firm’s IT needs.
