Bar News - February 23, 2007 Did You Know? The Member Services & Benefits page in the For Members area of the Bar’s Web site has been streamlined, and two new pages of links and resources, have been added? Law Practice Management Tools provides access to a wide range of resources, including checklists for opening a law office, the Client Relations Handbook, file retention guidelines, “advice from experts,” economic survey information, articles on marketing and client relations, and a whole lot more. Law Practice Tips & Resources concentrates on resources that can help you be a better lawyer with section reference materials such as Title Standards, Criminal Jury Instructions (draft), and NHBA Litigation Guidelines, as well as other professionalism and professional conduct resources, information on the Bar’s Dispute Resolution Committee, and information on legal research resources, including Casemaker, the no-cost-to members online legal research Web library. The Member Services & Benefits section includes information on how to change your member record, NHBA member discount benefits, and key Bar services you should know about.
