Morning Mail: Lawline Helps Soldier Handle Mother’s Estate
I want to express my gratitude for the guidance I received from your recent Lawline program. I am the executor for my mother’s estate and have been mobilized to active duty in Virginia. I had many questions regarding the final requirements in closing the estate and distributing the assets. Being away from New Hampshire made me especially anxious to be sure I was properly completing the necessary steps since I would only have one opportunity to get back home to settle the account. The attorney who assisted me was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Your “Administering an Estate” booklet has also been a great reference for me.
Thank you for this free service!
