In accordance with Rule 58.2(A), the Supreme Court hereby appoints the Honorable John R. Maher, retired probate court judge, and John E. Tobin, Jr., Esquire, to serve as the chair and vice-chair, respectively, of the Lawyers Assistance Program (LAP) Commission. Judge Maher and Attorney Tobin are each appointed to serve a three-year term commencing on March 1, 2007 and expiring on March 1, 2010.
