There are many opportunities for attorneys to serve clients who cannot afford full representation (particularly in the area of family law) through the use of the Court’s new limited representation rules, also known as “unbundling.” The NHBA has put together a Web page of resources—the rule, the necessary forms for the court and for clients, and a link to an informative CLE program—at the www.nhbar.org under NH Practice Guidelines in the Legal Links section.
