Forensic Expert to Speak to Women’s Bar
The New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association will host a presentation by Melissa K. Royer of Defendant Data Recovery & Forensic Services entitled “Electronic Discovery under the Revised Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”
The presentation will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 5:30 p.m., at the Devine Millimet law firm, 111 Amherst Street, Manchester.
Royer is an accomplished forensic examiner. She received her undergraduate degree from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Exercise Physiology and Nursing. After 10 years in the medical field, she received formal forensic training and incident response training from the SANS Institute, SANS FIRE 2002 in Boston.
In addition to assisting law enforcement, private sector examiners, and students in electronic data collection and authoring several courses on Electronic Discovery and Computer Forensics, Royer also provides training to parents on how to keep their children safe from pornography, predators, illegal downloads and inappropriate electronic correspondence.
