Lawyers who have completed the required number of CLE credits by June 30, 2007 will be asked to verify their credit status, but will not have to sign and return a Certificate of Compliance. If changes are needed to their record, they will have until Oct. 1, 2007 to make them. After that date, their online record will become their CLE record for 2007 and will be subject to audit.

Only the lawyers who are not in compliance by June 30, 2007 will have to sign and return their certificates with proof of additional course completion, by Oct. 1, 2007 to avoid fines.
