Bar News - May 4, 2007 NH District Court and Judicial Branch Family Division Notice In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the District Court and Family Division routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following judges are presently being evaluated: Bruce A. Cardello, Justice Newport District Court/Family Division Gerald J. Carney, Special Justice Traveling Justice Norman E. Champagne, Associate Justice Manchester District Court An evaluation questionnaire may be obtained directly from the Office of the District Court Administrative Judge, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or by calling 271-6418. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. While responses will be shared with the judge being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, we request that you do not sign the completed evaluation. All evaluations for Judges Cardello, Carney, and Champagne must be submitted to the following address no later than May 31, 2007.
