The two-day Practical Skills workshop covered such useful areas as Practical Ethics and an orientation to NH Court Practice, featuring Supreme Court Justice James Duggan, District Judge Thomas Bamberger, Probate Court Administrative Judge David King and Merrimack County Superior Court Clerk William McGraw. In break-out session, such subjects as civil litigation, probate administration, real estate transactions, workers’ compensation, criminal law, debtor-creditor, business organization, discovery, law practice management for the solo practitioner and family law practice were expanded upon by NHBA practicing attorneys.
Participants each received a Trust Accounting DVD and CD- Rom from the 2006 CLE program as a courtesy gift, funded by the NH Bar Foundation.
