US District Court Solicits Suggestions on Rules

 

The US District Court, through the Federal Court Advisory Committee, will soon begin its annual review of the local rules for proposed revisions to become effective January 1, 2008.


The Committee is seeking input from the bar.  Should you have any suggestions for revisions, requests for clarification, or other matters you wish the Committee to consider, please write or e-mail the following members by Monday, June 25, 2007:

 

Civil Rules:  Gretchen Leah Witt, Chief, Civil Division, US Attorney’s Office, 55 Pleasant Street, Room 352, Concord, NH  03301-3904, e-mail Gretchen.Witt@usdoj.gov.
