Casemaker set a new usage record in May 2007:

• 500,000 visits nationwide

• 10 million + documents retrieved

This usage —based on adding new states as well as increased use by members of bar associations already in the consortium —represents a 350 percent increase in the number of visits since May 2005.

In New Hampshire, use of Casemaker is steadily increasing, with NHBA member use of Casemaker—as measured by number of sessions per month—up 13.5 percent from May 2006 to May 2007.

Casemaker now serves legal communities in 28 states, with the recent addition of the bar associations of Alaska and North Dakota.
