Law Technology: We Want Your Questions on What’s New
Ever-changing technology is affecting the very foundation of how the world operates today. New computers, the Internet, e-mail, digital integration, and operating systems are consistently on the move; adapting and changing with the needs and desires of the consumer.
Communication as we know it is moving in a new direction. The newly-flattened world will undoubtedly impact every aspect of our lives; but that doesn’t mean you have to be afraid of it.
Understanding the fundamental concepts of these new technologies will make you more aware of how the essentials remain the same.
For example, though filing systems have moved into digital format, it doesn’t mean that the basic principles of filing have changed. Data is placed, electro-magnetically onto mini, digital filing cabinets (disks) instead of onto reams upon ream of paper.
Change does not have to be frightening or expensive. Educating yourself can allow you to see the cost-effectiveness and convenience that the use of technology brings with it.
Do you have a question about how to operate a program, system, or device? Do you worry that your files lack security? Are you about to buy a new computer or device and want to know the best places to look and the best products to buy?
If so, send us a message and we will do our best to track down the experts and sniff out the answers.
