Bar News - September 7, 2007 U.S. Supreme Court: Term in Review The United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, is presenting the seventh annual two-hour program called Supreme Court 2006-2007: The Term in Review which will feature an analysis of the decisions from this term by several Supreme Court experts. The issues include First Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, jurisdiction and civil procedure, statutory interpretation, anti-trust, criminal procedure and trial rights, habeas corpus and capital punishment. There is a pending application for non-live CLE credits.
