Rule 170 Discussions: An Update


Earlier this month, Chief Justice Broderick and Justice Linda Dalianis met with officers of the NH Bar Association and the NH Trial Lawyers Association, and other attorneys and court officials to discuss various perspectives on the future of the Rule 170 Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
