Bar News - October 5, 2007 NH Superior Court Administrative Order Number 37 Pursuant to authority conferred by Supreme Court Rule 54(5)(c), the following Administrative Order is issued: Unless otherwise ordered by the sentencing judge, effective immediately in all cases in which a presentence investigation report has been prepared and the defendant who is the subject of the report is sentenced to a county house of corrections, the clerk of court shall send a copy of the presentence report to the house of corrections where the defendant will be serving his or her sentence. The house of corrections shall maintain the presentence report as a confidential document, to be used only for the legitimate penological purposes of the institution. August 9, 2007 Robert J.
