5th Annual Federal Practice Institute
The NHBA•CLE Committee and the Federal Practice Section recently held the Fifth Annual Federal Practice Institute at the Wayfarer Inn and Conference Center in Bedford, NH. The event featured insights from numerous federal practitioners, US District Court - New Hampshire judges Paul Barbadoro, James Muirhead and Steven McAuliffe – shown at left finishing a candid question-and-answer session moderated by NH attorney Ken Barnes – as well as guest speaker Mark Curriden, co-author of Contempt of Court: The Turn-of-the-Century Lynching That Launched a Hundred Years of Federalism.
