Bar News - October 19, 2007 Evaluation of Marital Master Philip D. Cross In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the District Court and Family Division routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following Marital Master is presently being evaluated: Philip D. Cross, Marital Master, Derry Family Division An evaluation questionnaire may be obtained directly from the Office of the Administrative Judge for the Family Division, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or by calling 271-6418. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. While responses will be shared with the master being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, we request that you do not sign the completed evaluation. All evaluations for Master Cross must be submitted to the following address no later than November 9, 2007.
