On the morning of Nov. 7, 2007, 106 new members were sworn into the NH Bar.  The majority, 68, of the new admittees are from New Hampshire, while 28 come from its neighboring state of Massachusetts.  Two new members each come from Vermont and Connecticut, with three calling Maine home.  One new member came from as far away as Florida, with one each also from Maryland and North Carolina.

The women out-numbered the men this time with 54 new members while the men totaled 52.  Forty-four of the new members have joined law firms, 11 work in governmental positions, 10 work for non-profits; five are going into solo practice and three into corporations.  Thirty-three are not practicing at present.
