Governor Lynch Appoints Five Attorneys to Board Positions
At a recent Executive Council meeting, Gov. John Lynch named five New Hampshire attorneys to full four-year term positions on these boards:
Philip H. Utter, of Green & Utter in Manchester, was nominated to the Judicial Council. He has been a NH Bar member since 1985.
Karen Borgstrom, a Bar member since 1996, and an attorney with the Judicial Branch Office of Mediation and Arbitration, was appointed to the Marital Master Certification Board.
John Cameron of the Law Office of John D. Cameron, Laconia, was also named to the NH Marital Mediator Certification Board. He has been a NH Bar member since 1995.
David J. Braiterman of the Braiterman Law Offices in Concord has been a NH Bar member since 1985. He was appointed to the Board of Mental Health Practice.
Thomas Quarles Jr., an attorney with Devine, Millimet & Branch in Manchester and a NH Bar member since 1996, was appointed to the Public Water Access Advisory Board.
