Bar News - January 4, 2002 Yazinski, Moore Confirmed to District Court JOHN J. YAZINSKI and Paul J. Moore were confirmed as presiding judge of Claremont District Court and special justice of Milford District Court, respectively, in unanimous votes by the Executive Council on Dec. 20, 2001. Dates for the swearing-in ceremonies of Yazinski, of Hughes, Smith & Yazinski in Claremont, and Moore, who has a solo practice in Nashua, had not been set at press time.
