A Midyear Meeting You Won’t Want to Miss!
Superior Court Chief Justice Robert Lynn will be one of three judges on the faculty panel for the "Superior Court Today" CLE at the 2008 NHBA Midyear Meeting. |
The 2008 NHBA Midyear Meeting comes to Concord’s Grappone Conference Center on Friday, Feb. 15. This one-day meeting is packed full of CLEs and networking/social events.
Space will be limited for some events so don’t wait to sign up. The early-bird registration discount is available until Jan. 15.
The Bar’s annual Professionalism Day program this year takes place in conjunction with the Midyear Meeting, and it will provide a thought-provoking and humorous experience. Sean Carter, a former attorney and well-traveled national CLE presenter who bills himself as a “Humorist at Law,” treats the topic with insight and irreverence, and then will collaborate with members of the Committee on Professionalism and the audience in small-group discussions.
Attendees can choose from one of three timely CLEs in the afternoon – Tax, Business & Legal Aspects of Equity Planning, The Superior Court Today, and On the Record – Appeals to Superior Court from Zoning and Planning Board Decisions.
And, of course, the annual Honors & Awards Luncheon, the Gender Equality Breakfast (featuring guest speaker Judge Kathleen McGuire) and a Reception to wrap up the day’s events.
