New Lawyers’ Ethics Rules in Effect: Check Out Our Guide


The NH Rules of Professional Conduct have been updated and revamped with changes made to nearly every rule. Visit the Legal Links/Ethics Opinions area of the Bar's website or go directly to Rewriting the Rules - A Guide to the New NH Rules of Professional Conduct.

  

You’ll find links to the official rules or to a special rule-by-rule guide to the changes that allows you to view the new language and click on a link to the previous version so you can examine the differences. Also, Rewriting the Rules has a compilation of Bar News and Bar Journal articles highlighting various aspects of the new rules.
