Have You Checked Your NHMCLE Record Lately?
When was the last time you checked your online CLE record? If you don’t have the time, does your assistant know how to do it? If you have taken a CLE program from an Annual Sponsor and a period of more than 30 days has elapsed, it’s time to be sure the credit appears correctly in your online record. Provide NHBA with your e-mail address and you will be able to check your record. Bookmark this public Web page, www.nhbar.org/nhmcle, where you will find the list of Annual Sponsors, answers to your questions about locating your record and announcements of any changes in SC Rule 53, the annual CLE requirement.
If you have taken courses from a non-Annual Sponsor, you have 30 days to submit an Attorney Credit Application Form with its required attachments to be sure the course is approved and entered into your record. This is the only way you can add courses to your record. The application form is available at the same Web page.
