Complete all your NHMCLE-approved CLE credits by June 30 so that they appear in your online CLE record by August 1 and you will save yourself filing time in August!   If you have completed your credits, you will receive a white Certificate of Compliance at the end of August and only have to verify that you have the attendance records for the credits and courses listed in the event for which you are audited.  Bookmark this Web page for information about the filing process, how to locate your online record, application forms and the list of Annual Sponsors: www.nhbar.org/nhmcle.

If you receive a pink certificate indicating that your credits have not been completed or reported to NHMCLE by June 30th, you will have to complete approved programs to make up the shortage and follow the process to show your compliance.  You will have to request that Annual Sponsors report your credits or include applications for non-Annual Sponsor programs.  Then you will sign your Certificate and mail it to NHMCLE with copies of your new course attendance records/applications by October 1.
