Wise up, Women, and become Financially Savvy!
Wi$e Up, (www.wiseupwomen.org) is a financial education program developed by the Women’s Bureau, U.S. Department of Labor and dedicated to helping consumers reduce debt and increase savings and investments. The Wi$e Up Web site includes an “Ask the Experts” column where volunteer mentors answer your financial questions on-line. Regular free teleconferences on a number of subjects are held, in addition to the Wi$e Up program curriculum offered online or in classroom settings. If you would like to receive additional information about the Wi$e Up program, how to become a participant, partner or mentor; please contact Jacqueline Cooke at cooke.jacqueline@dol.gov. We look forward to your participation!
