Mediation Seminar Will Discusss Pertinent Issues


The Federal District Court, in conjunction with the State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch Office of Mediation & Arbitration, will be hosting a Mediation Seminar in the fall of 2008. One portion of the seminar will be presented by experienced local mediators and will focus on very practical issues practitioners will inevitably confront in preparing themselves and their clients for mediation and participating in the mediation session.

In order to make this seminar more meaningful to you, we are soliciting any topics or questions that you would like this expert panel to address during their presentation. Please forward your topics, questions and/or suggestions by email to daniel_lynch@nhd.uscourts.gov.
