Bar News - March 21, 2008 NH District Court and Family Division In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the District Court and Family Division routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following Judges are presently being evaluated: John A. Korbey, Justice Salem District Court Bruce R. Larson, Special Justice Auburn District Court An evaluation questionnaire can be obtained directly from the Office of the Administrative Judge for the District Courts and Family Division, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or by calling 271-6418. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. While responses will be shared with the judges being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, we request that you do not sign the completed evaluation.All evaluations for Judge Korbey and Judge Larson must be submitted to the following address no later than April 12, 2008.Office of the Administrative Judge |
