NHLA Opens New Concord Office
By: A note from John Tobin
“I am very happy to report that our Concord branch office is now open! Our new staff has been on board since the fall and they have been working out of a very small space in Concord and in our Manchester office, but last week we moved into wonderfully refurbished quarters at 117 North State Street in Concord.
This building is hallowed ground because it once was the Public Defender office. We are blessed to have Stephanie Bray, formerly a partner at Wiggin & Nourie, as the managing attorney of the new office. We also moved our administrative offices from Manchester to the second floor of the new Concord office.
We haven't completely unpacked and we don't have all of our furniture yet, but we are operating quite well, and we would be happy to have any of you drop in to see the new office. We will hold an open house when we are fully settled and the snow has melted, and we will invite each of you. In the meantime, potential clients from Merrimack and Belknap Counties should contact the Concord office. I am attaching a copy of our statewide office directory, including Concord. Please also visit the Bar’s website to access this directory.
We are immensely grateful for the leadership of Rep. Elizabeth Hager, Sen. Sylvia Larsen, Sen. Lou D'Allesandro, Sen. Joe Foster, Judicial Council Executive Director Nina Gardner, and many others who made this move possible. It is also important to recognize the enormous efforts of Robin McCallum, Scot Jones, Lynne Parker, and others on our staff in managing this move.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
