Opening and Managing Solo or Small Firms

A daylong program, "Small-Firm Flight Plan for the 21st Century," is on the runway for takeoff on Friday, June 20, 2008 at the North Conway Grand Hotel – in conjunction with the 2008 NHBA Annual Meeting.

A "flight crew" of experienced solo and small firm practitioners will be at the controls, taking attendees through all elements of operating a solo or small firm. Topics will include:

  - finding and furnishing an office;
  - technology, hardware and software;
  - staffing issues;
  - finance issues;
  - client development;
  - managing your caseload…and more….

Please note: Only limited portions of this program will qualify for NHMCLE credit. Details on pricing and registration will be posted soon at www.nhbar.org.
