Kudos to the Bar Foundation for its selection of Judge Frasier as the 2008 recipient of the Frank Rowe Kenison Award.

Having practiced in Hampton District Court in the 1980s and 1990s, I would like to add my name to those cited in the April 4 article who attested to Judge Frasier’s caring, compassion and down-to-earth demeanor toward everyone who appears before him. Especially when it came to juvenile cases, Judge Frasier gave endlessly of himself so that parents and their children might have hope for a brighter future.
