As mentioned in recent discussions on the Family Law Section Listserv and at Family Law Section meetings, the Family Division has formed two discussion groups.  One group will focus upon Family Division policies and the other on the temporary Family Division Rules.  Each group is composed of members of the Family Division, Family Law Section and Bar leadership.  Margaret R. Kerouac, Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section, will serve as a member of both groups and report to the Association leadership on the status of the groups.
