Bar News - May 23, 2008 Workers' Comp Pamphlet Updated An updated pamphlet providing a general overview of NH workers’ compensation law as of April 2008 is available to the public from the Bar Association. Attorneys can obtain up to 50 copies to distribute to clients at no cost. E-mail Dawn Brasil or call her at 715-3212 (Only postage costs will be charged.) There is a space available on the back of the pamphlet for an attorney’s address label or stamp.The pamphlet will also be posted on the Bar’s website in the For the Public area. Single copies of the pamphlet are available to the public at no cost. The NHBA wishes to thank attorney Martin Jenkins for revising the pamphlet, assisted by attorneys Chris Bandazian and Paul Khfoury for their review.
