Patricia A. Morris, NH Horse Council Patricia A. Morris, a sole-practitioner in Center Barnstead, was recently elected to the board of directors and as secretary of the New Hampshire Horse Council, a local non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the interests of New Hampshire’s equine community. Morris, an animal enthusiast who engages in the practice of animal law, has been a member of the NH Bar since 2006. |

James Steiner, Silver Beaver Award Jim Steiner, of D’Amante Couser Steiner Pellerin in Concord, was recently the recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver award, the highest state-level scouting award for volunteers. The award recognizes "those who implement the scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self sacrifice, dedication and many years of service." Steiner has been a NH Bar member since 1987. |
