Bar News - June 6, 2008 NH Superior Court Notices: Judicial Evaluations Needed The Chief Justice of the Superior Court is currently in the process of conducting judicial evaluations in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32 involving the following Justices of the Court: Honorable Philip P. Mangones, Merrimack County Superior Court and Hillsborough County Superior Court-Northern District Honorable Larry M. Smukler, Belknap County Superior Court Honorable Timonty J. Vaughan, Grafton County Superior Court and Coos County Superior Court Honorable Kenneth R. McHugh, Rockingham County Superior Court Honorable John M. Lewis, Rockingham County Superior Court Evaluation questionnaires can be obtained from the offices of any of the Clerks of Court listed above and should be forwarded to the address which appears below. All responses are treated as confidential and while their content will be shared with the Justice being evaluated, the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.
