Attorney Edward Shumaker, of the Bernstein Shur law office in Manchester, says the US Supreme Court has in the past five years increasingly embraced the use of arbitration to settle disputes.

In an article on page 20, Shumaker looks at past cases and considers upcoming cases that challenge arbitration clauses or the validity of arbitrators’ decisions.
