The United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, is presenting the eighth annual one hour and three-quarter program called Supreme Court: The Term in Review 2007-2008 which will feature an analysis of the decisions from this term by several Supreme Court experts. The issues include First and Second Amendment, employment discrimination, federal jurisdiction & preemption, business law, criminal law and procedure, sentencing law, habeas corpus, capital punishment.
