In the Matter of William E. Conner
On May 21, 2008, the court granted William E. Conner an extension of time to complete the minimum continuing legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007. The order stated that Attorney Conner was required to complete the required credits by June 30, 2008, "without further extension." On July 1, 2008, Attorney Conner filed a status report and further request in which he advised the court that he had not completed the required credits by June 30, 2008, and in which he requested a further extension of time. Attorney Conner’s request for a further extension of time to complete the minimum continuing legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007, is denied.
William E. Conner is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.
Mr. Conner is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Monday, August 11, 2008, that he has completed this task. On or before Wednesday, July 30, 2008, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Mr.
Conner’s files and to take action to protect the interests of Mr. Conner’s clients. The court hereby requires that Mr. Conner’s trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.

Robert J. Consavage has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.7(A)(3).

In the Matter of Melanie J. Strigel
On July 8, 2008, this court issued an order, in accordance with Rule 53.7(A)(3), suspending Melanie J. Strigel from the practice of law in New Hampshire for failing to file her certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007, and for failing to pay $450 in delinquency fees.
The Minimum Continuing Legal Education Board has advised the court that Melanie J. Strigel has now complied with the minimum continuing legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007, and that she has paid the delinquency fees assessed. It has filed a motion requesting that Melanie J. Strigel be reinstated to the practice of law.
The motion to reinstate Melanie J. Strigel to the practice of law is granted. Melanie J. Strigel is hereby reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire.

ADM-2008-0064 In the Matter of Charles D. Mills
On April 24, 2008, the court issued an order requiring Charles D. Mills to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007, and to pay the late fees assessed, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Mills filed a response to the order requesting an extension of time to complete the requirements and a waiver of the late fees. On June 3, 2008, the court granted Attorney Mills an extension to June 30, 2008 to complete the requirements and to file proof with the court that he had done so. The order stated that no further extension would be granted. Attorney Mills has not filed proof that he completed the continuing legal education requirements by June 30, 2008, as required by the court’s order.
Charles D. Mills is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire for failing to comply with the requirements of Rule 53 and failing to pay late fees assessed. This suspension is in addition to the suspension imposed on February 8, 2008, in ADM-2008-0003, In the Matter of Charles D. Mills, for failure to file his annual trust accounting certificate of compliance and to pay fees assessed for late filing.
