On July 8, 2008, this court issued an order, in accordance with Rule 53.7(A)(3), suspending Melanie J. On April 24, 2008, the court issued an order requiring Charles D. Mills to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2007, and to pay the late fees assessed, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Mills filed a response to the order requesting an extension of time to complete the requirements and a waiver of the late fees. On June 3, 2008, the court granted Attorney Mills an extension to June 30, 2008 to complete the requirements and to file proof with the court that he had done so. The order stated that no further extension would be granted. Attorney Mills has not filed proof that he completed the continuing legal education requirements by June 30, 2008, as required by the court’s order.
