Probate Court Forms Update
The NH Probate Courts have recently released new and revised forms. These forms may be used in the courts immediately as needed, and are now available on the Judicial Branch website ( www.courts.state.nh.us). Information regarding how the forms changed is also available on the website. Procedures relative to Probate Rule 21 have changed and are explained on the memo.
