Bar News - September 5, 2008 NH Supreme Court Order Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 37(4), the Supreme Court appoints the following members of the Hearings Committee of the Attorney Discipline System. 1. Attorney Jane M. Schirch, of Nashua, is appointed to serve the remainder of a three-year term that commenced on January 1, 2008, and that expires on December 31, 2010. She is appointed to replace Attorney Mary Anne Mueller, who has resigned from the committee. 2. Attorney Richard D. Sager, of Wakefield, is appointed to serve the remainder of a three-year term that commenced on January 1, 2007, and that expires on December 31, 2009. He is appointed to replace Attorney Henrietta Luneau who has resigned from the committee. 3. Attorney Jamie N. Hage, of Manchester, is appointed to serve the remainder of a three-year term that commenced on January 1, 2006, and that expires on December 31, 2008.
