Help for Divorced Parents
Child and Family Services of NH Offers Parenting/Divorce Series
An eight-week series on co-parenting and divorce will begin this month on Thurs., Sept. 8 at the YWCA in Manchester. Cooperative Parenting and Divorce combines video, activities and group discussion in an effort to help parents refocus their attention on their children, rather than on each other.
Both parents are encouraged to attend the weekly classes that are sponsored by the Child and Family Services of New Hampshire (CFSNH) in its Parenting/Divorce series. The cost is $100 per parent. For those who cannot afford the full amount, a sliding scale fee-structure is available. Register by phone by calling 1-800-640-6486.
