NH Supreme Court Order
In accordance with Rule 59(3)(a), the Supreme Court designates Rand Reporting & Transcription L.L.C. (Rand), 80 Broad Street, Fifth Floor, New York, New York, 10004, as the entity responsible for transcribing all court proceedings.
In accordance with Rule 59(3)(b), and the terms of an agreement between the New Hampshire Judicial Branch (judicial branch) and Rand, which is effective September 1, 2008, the court approves the following rates for preparation of court transcripts.

The per page rate for an appeal includes the provision by Rand of a certified transcript in PDF format on a CD to each party, as well as the provision of the certified transcript in PDF format on a digitally-signed CD and a paper copy of the certified transcript to the Supreme Court clerk. The per page rate for non-appeals includes the provision of a certified transcript in PDF format on a CD to the requesting party and the provision of the certified transcript in PDF format on a digitally-signed CD to the trial court clerk.
