Bradford E. Cook, a shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, was appointed chairman of the Governor’s Commission to Explore Feasibility of Public Funding of State Election Campaigns. The commission will consider the public funding options of certain campaigns in New Hampshire.

Corey MacDonald, a Bar member and member of the Portsmouth Police Department, was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Previously the Portsmouth Police Department’s prosecutor, MacDonald will now become a supervisor in the patrol division. MacDonald joined the NH Bar in 2006.

McGinley of Devine Millimet was recently named by the Town of Bedford Council as a member of the board of commissioners of the southern New Hampshire Planning Commission, where she will work with other commissioners on land use and transportation planning issues affecting the people and communities of southern New Hampshire.

Mae C. Bradshaw, a solo practitioner in Exeter, was recently elected president of the Exeter Area Rotary Club. Bradshaw has previously held numerous positions within the Rotary Club and in 2004 was awarded with the Paul Harris Fellowship of Rotary International. Her practice includes estate planning and asset protection for small business and individuals. She is licensed to practice in NH, MA, ME and FL.
