Bar News - November 14, 2008 Justice Galway To Retire  Supreme Court Associate Justice Richard Galway has announced he will retire from the court in February 2009. Judge Galway, who presided in the Superior Court for nine years before he was named to the Supreme Court, also was NHBA President from 1982 to 1983. An interview with Justice Galway is planned for an upcoming issue. |
