Bar News - November 14, 2008 Bench-Bar Meet & Greet on December 10, 2008 The NHBA New Lawyers’ Committee will host the annual "Bench-Bar Meet & Greet" Event on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008 at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. New admittees and lawyers admitted within the last five years are invited to this unique opportunity to meet and mingle with members of the NH judiciary. Judges from both the federal and state courts offer advice and guidance in an informal setting to newer members of the Bar. The event immediately follows the first day of the Practical Skills Seminar, but attorneys admitted within the last five years also are invited to attend, along with NHBA officers and members of the New Lawyers’ Committee. The social gathering provides new lawyers the opportunity to meet judges they may soon see in court and to experience the close and personal nature of law practice in New Hampshire.
