Casemaker is the online legal research resource made available at no extra cost to NHBA members since February 2002.
Lauren Fry of Lawriter, Casemaker’s parent company, conducted a 20-minute online webinar that provided attendees with information on Casemaker 2.1, which is being launched on a state-by-state basis. New Hampshire should be online with Casemaker 2.1 before the New Year, Lawriter officials believe.
The new site will be accessed in the same manner, and features the NH Library and caselaw and statutes from the other 49 states. However, the library search and browse options will be accessed in a new manner that makes it possible for users to pick and choose which libraries to search – all states, some states, or only New Hampshire.
