Ashland attorney Robin Fisk contributed to a recently published book advising hospitals and physicians struggling with contracting issues and payor problems. The book, Health Plans Contracting Handbook: A Guide for Payors and Providors, was published by the American Health Lawyers Association. Fish practices law, is a frequent author and speaker, and writes an online column.

Albert Shamash, a member of the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals, received the State Tax Judge of the Year award on September 26 in Nashville, Tennessee at the National Conference of State Tax Judges hosted by the Lincoln Institute.

Paul Mansur, an attorney with the Law Offices of David M. Beliveau in Manchester, recently served as a panelist on the WCCM 1110AM radio show, The Money Advisors. Mansur has appeared twice on the show – once to speak on IRS liens and levies and again to speak on provisions of the newest individual taxpayer provisions.

Peter McDonough, a hearings examiner for the NH Department of Safety, was recently presented with the Thomas More Award from the Catholic Lawyers Guild of New Hampshire at their Red Mass dinner in Bedford. McDonough was described in his introduction as a "warm-hearted and principled model for other attorneys and legal professionals."
