The Probate Court Administrative Office has revised the following AOs and PBs based on feedback from courts or form changes/additions:

Administrative Order 9 Protocol for Background Check in Adoption Proceedings with No Home Study: address for agency was corrected and the language was clarified in first paragraph.

Procedure Bulletin 7 The Appointment of Temporary Administrators Pursuant to RSA 553:20-a was revised to reflect the change to forms. Any reference to the certification of copies to parties form was removed. In addition, reference is made in 4, 5, and 6 to a new form being released, Temporary Administrator 60 Day Report (NHJB-2558-P).

Procedure Bulletin 17 Reopening Estates for Newly Discovered Assets was updated to reflect the change to forms. The reference to the certification of copies to parties form was removed.

Procedure Bulletin 28 was updated based on feedback from courts after training and changes to various forms being shared with district and/or superior courts. In addition a section on replevin and an appendix of forms for civil actions were added.
